Hi my name is Tania and I’m the founder of BluSkyHR
My passion for empowering businesses to “Get HR Right” was born from my first HR role – when I worked at Poole Hospital as an ‘Improving Working Lives Project Assistant’. I loved the role as I genuinely felt privileged to have the opportunity to make a difference to the working lives of nurses, medical practitioners and all those supporting the front line workers, who in my eyes are an absolute inspiration.
From there I was fortunate to work for Dorset County Council in the HR Schools team, where my interest in supporting the education sector from an HR perspective grew. My knowledge and experience has been further embedded by holding a Parent Governor role at my twins school and it helps that my girls are avid fans of BluSkyHR and what I offer, which they share within the recordings below. (Future BluSkyHR Assistants in the making!!)
